Donate

Our auction raises funds through donated or “procured” items and experiences. We encourage you to donate something you’d be excited to bid on yourself! Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Group dinners or hosted gatherings

  • Wine, spirits, or curated beverage collections

  • Themed gift baskets (food, books, beauty, family fun, etc.)

  • Unique experiences or lessons

  • Vacation rentals or weekend getaways

  • Sports tickets, suites, or special access

  • Concerts, theater, or arts tickets

  • Games, hobbies, or family activities

  • Handcrafted or one-of-a-kind items

  • Gift cards or restaurant certificates

  • Cash donations to support item purchases

Please be sure to complete a donation form for all donated items. Procurement deadlines and delivery details will be shared on the site. All procurements are due by February 20, 2026.

While our team has contacted many businesses, we gratefully accept your help in contacting your favorite businesses to inquire about donating auction items or experiences. You can find the TOPS Procurement letter here.

Volunteer

Calling all community helpers! The TOPS Spring Auction relies on volunteers to make the event run smoothly - from behind-the-scenes prep to event-night support. Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a role for you.

Email auction@topsk8.org to get involved. Volunteers will receive a complimentary ticket code. We’d love to have you on the team. Thank you for supporting TOPS K-8!

Meetings are on Zoom and open to TOPS community members who would like to help plan the event.

The auction co-chairs will be stepping down after the event, and we need 1-3 people to take their place. If you are interested and haven’t already joined our team, please do so now!

Tickets are available now! While you missed early-bird pricing, tickets are $100 each, and increase to $150 the week of the event and at the door.

We hope you’ll join us for a fun and festive evening at Imperia. Enjoy great food, drinks, and community connection and raise the paddle, which directly powers essential programs for TOPS students.

Staff and volunteers receive a promo code to attend for free. If the ticket price is a hardship for you, please email the Auction Team at auction@topsk8.org for a complimentary ticket code. TOPS staff and volunteers will also receive free ticket codes.
